All items ordered through our website will be dispatched via Royal Mail, and you can track them using the courier company’s website. Customers will receive email notifications and will have the option to rearrange the delivery or have it delivered to a neighbour.

Be aware that some of our items are custom-made, which means they will not be ready for shipment for 28 days from the order date. Only our standard products are eligible for immediate purchase, and delivery will occur within 5-7 working days.

International delivery times may vary based on the final destination, ranging from 5 to 10 working days. Additionally, please be aware that shipments outside of the UK may incur customs duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees, or any other charges applicable in the destination country.

All of our stones and jewelry are held to the highest quality standards, and many of these items are crafted to order. Consequently, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made jewelry. We kindly request that you email us within 48 hours of receiving the items so we can initiate the returns process. It would be helpful for us to understand the reason for your return. Once we receive the items back, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the return shipping cost unless there was an error on our part or if the products are faulty. The item must be returned in its original condition and in perfect order.
